Computers “Today is a great day to learn something new!” ...,is the motto for computer class and we follow it every day. The students do an excellent job learning keyboarding, word processing, and increasing their internet skills. K-12 students discover and create projects using Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint. Typing skills are not optional for this young generation, they are essential for their future academic and professional lives. Internet research is a focus year-round as well. The students have researched many topics relating to the reading, social studies, and science lessons in class this year. We still find time to play and discover kid-safe, educational internet games. Please continue to use the kid-safe internet games websites at home to keep their skills sharp in an entertaining way!
