Stage Band

Popular music styles, including jazz and rock, interpretation, technique, and improvisation are studied.  Rehearsals are Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:10 to 3:50.  Five concerts a year are performed.  This band starts at the beginning of the year and builds up to the Ball Room Dance where they perform multiple songs.  The band usually consists of grades 9-12, but grades 7 and 8 can play in it if the band is short of members or if the talents are just amazing.
