KHS: Information for New Students

Please bring the records and information listed below when coming to the school to enroll a student. You may also request that the school you are leaving send this information prior to your arrival (see the records request form above).

P Birth Certificate

P Immunization Records

P Copy of physical given for you to get on-island or from previous school

P Transcripts and exit grades from previous school.

P Name, Address & Fax # of your previous school (in case we need to request additional records)

In order to make your family’s transition to Kwajalein Jr./Sr. High School as smooth as possible please contact the Guidance Office at (805) 355-2011 prior to your arrival and inform us of the date you would like your students to begin.

Advance notice of your arrival is very helpful to our faculty and staff and will make the process of starting school here much more pleasant for all.
